📢 Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer (Temporary - 4 Months- non extendable)

🏢 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔧 We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis for a 4-month project. As a Fit-Out Engineer, you will oversee the fit-out process for our corporate office project, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion.

✅ Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the contractor to review project plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
· Evaluate materials submittals and provide technical guidance.
· Update the client on project progress and address any challenges.
· Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain documentation.
· Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and obtain necessary permits.
· Collaborate with internal teams and address design modifications.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
🎓 Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Civil, Electrical or related field.
· 6-8 years of fit-out engineering experience in corporate office sector.
· Should have ready-to use templates
· In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Civil Defense regulations.
· Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
· Proficiency in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
· Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
