Tax Manager – Group Tax, location Dubai
Contractual role
Locally Available Candidates Preferred

The purpose of this role is to assist Central Tax Team (‘CTT’) in all Group tax matters (direct & indirect)
· Corporate Tax and International tax matters;
· M&A deals;
· Tax structuring;
· Transfer pricing;
· Tax compliances; and
· Tax audits and assessments.
· UAE VAT (10%-20%);

University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
CPA/CA or equivalent essential
8-10 years of experience in international taxation and minimum 4 years working in Big 4 environment is essential
Experience working in the tax function in the Middle East for a large MNC group (preferable)
Exhibit interpersonal skills while interacting with the cross-functional teams.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
