· Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
· 5+ years of Experience in related field.
· Proficient in English (Verbal &written) & Arabic (Verbal).
Target Responsibilities
· Overseeing the daily operations of the company.
· Collaboration with Managing Director in performance, Evaluation, Training and recruiting suitable staff and work force.
· Contribute to implement business plans to accomplish business targets.
· Daily tracking of Sales CRM system and follow up.
· Manage direct reporting to MD concerning financial, business and admin related affairs.
· To develop and implement operational strategy regarding assembly and building of our product(s).
· Overseeing the members of Operations Team and their activities while in Production & Site Execution.
· Establishing safety procures in workplace as per local regulations and ensuring company policies are followed.
· Verify the project budgeting and estimation in sales stage of Projects.
· Ensure the projects run smoothly on time and to the budget allocated.
· Develop and implement Purchase policy, select preferred vendors sub-contractors in conjunction with Finance department.
· Managing and implementing methods to reduce operational costs.
· Research and implement technical and commercial advancement in terms of our product range by product development and introducing new products.
· Liaising with relevant departments and groups on workflow related to any issues and concerns.
· Through on-going relationship building with clients, vendors, and all related stakeholders.
· Ensure good customer service and improving administration processes, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
· Produce reports and presentations including for management and board meetings.
