Head of Finance

The Head of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should currently hold a Head of Finance or Director of Finance level position and have experience in Real Estate, Construction or Asset Management companies.

The role requires a strong background in team management and a balanced focus on both strategy and operations, with approximately 50% of the responsibilities dedicated to each.

They are looking for someone with 13-15 years of finance experience leading a team of 25 (direct and indirect). Experience in implementing ERP will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have relevant UAE experience to be considered.
Salary: 70k plus family benefits
