We are hiring for our client, for the role of Business Development/ Key Account Executive.
Location - Dubai, UAE.
Salary - AED 6K - AED 7K + Incentives (Based on experience)
Benefits - Visa & Insurance would be provided

Experience -
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development with Manpower/ Outsourcing/ On Demand Labor Supply industry in UAE

Requirements -
- Adaptability of dynamic work environment
- Track records in growing business
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent people skills.
- Well-versed with relevant industry practices.
- UAE Driving License


Job Role:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
