Qualifications Required:

1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with electro mechanical degree preference.
2) Min 8 years of experience in EPC offshore oil & gas contracting companies/ Projects, mainly brown field electro mechanical projects for ADNOC, & Arabian Gulf.
3) Excellent technical, software, & soft skills in the domain of project planning, monitoring & production control for EPC offshore oil & gas contracting companies/ Projects, mainly brown field electro mechanical projects for brown fields: -
a) Excellent experience / Knowledge in EPC offshore oil & gas contracting companies/ Projects, mainly electro mechanical projects for brown fields.
b) Excellent experience / Knowledge in project Planning & risk management techniques.
c) Excellent experience / Knowledge in project Planning, monitoring & follow up process through various stages of the project.
d) Excellent experience / knowledge in Planning software (mainly Primavera, MS project, @risk, MS office, ERP, etc.)
e) Confident in facilitating workshops to develop detailed project plan and follow up project performance with corrective actions.
f) Excellent knowledge in Project budgeting & cost control techniques / software with contractual & commercial terms & conditions.
g) Good analytical & problem solving skills
h) Excellent oral & written communication skills
i) Results oriented skills
j) Excellent Presentation, & communication skills
k) Flexibility for office & site base locations
