Job Title: Service Desk Analyst - Arabic
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 2 years
Salary: 6000 AED - 8000 AED
SD Agent Skillset :
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields
2–3 years’ work experience in service desk/customer services
Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL framework/processes
Experience in handling and managing SLAs
Aware about ITIL Foundation.
Experience in using CRM/ITSM/ticketing tools
Excellent communication skills
Network Administration experience (Monitoring, Implementation, Troubleshooting…etc.)
Application support knowledge and experience(SQL,DB) .
System Administration experience (Access management, DNS, email…etc.).
