Assist/support HR Manager on all HR Function of 2 companies in UAE, Oman, Qatar & KSA

*Recruitment/Hiring, Termination and Exit Interview
*Joining, Induction & Orientation
*Job Description
*Trainings, Learning Management System (LMS)
*Learning & Development (L&D)
*Probation & Confirmations
*Annual Performance Appraisal
*Employee Disciplinary/Grievance procedures
*Compensation & Benefits – Promotions, increments, transfers
*Employee Welfare program
*Labor Law - UAE, Oman, Qatar & KSA
*HR Policies – Communicate changes & ensure implementation
*Responsible for HR Audits
*Provide Administration assistance
