Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive driver safety training sessions for individuals and corporate clients.
Develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations on defensive driving techniques, road rules, and best practices.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different client groups, such as new drivers, commercial drivers, or fleet operators.
Utilize various instructional methods, including classroom instruction, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations.
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their driving skills and address any areas of improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements related to driver safety.
Collaborate with the training team to develop new curriculum materials and enhance existing training programs.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Driver Safety Trainer or similar role.
Deep knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and road safety best practices.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and create a positive learning environment.
Patience and empathy when working with individuals at different skill levels and backgrounds.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Ability to adapt training content to suit varying client needs and training formats.
Proficient computer skills, including the use of multimedia tools and training software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
