Vacancy - Trainer - Direct Hire for Oil and Gas Company in UAE
Grade: 13
Monthly Salary: AED 16,556 /-
Location: Ruwais
Minimum Job Requirements:
Provides theoretical & practical training to the developees in Process Engineer, Shift Supervisor, Operator & Sr. Operator levels, for acquiring the necessary competencies of the targeted position based on the pre-established company standards. Follows intensely the on-the-job training of the developees pertaining to their targeted job. Monitors the progress, regularity & reviews the training program of the particular developee. Maintains a record of attendance/discipline, interest/initiative and similar other activities related to each developee. Provides continuous the feedback to Plant Training Team Leader.

Bachelors’ Degree Administration or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training environment.
1. Knowledge of the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry
2. Knowledge of legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for training and career development
3. Effective negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills.
