Project Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi

1. 6+ years of experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years of exposure to Mobile & Internet banking projects / programs.
2. Key focus on following areas:
a. Project Financials management:
i. Hands-on experience in managing project financials (CAPEX, OPEX etc.). PMO knowledge & exposure is added advantage.
ii. Knowledge about financial documents (PR, PO, SOW, Invoice etc.) needed to process vendor payments.
b. Project Status reporting:
i. Maintaining / reporting the project status / risks / on weekly basis.
ii. Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting.
iii. Should be proficient in preparing presentations (MS power point, MS Visio).
c. Vendor Management:
i. Exposure to Vendor onboarding process.
d. Release management:
i. Should be able to understand dependencies between various systems in a complex project to support Project manager to track, close dependencies.
ii. Exposure to global runbook (implementation plan) preparation.
iii. Hands-on experience in performing production release of complex projects.
iv. Basic knowledge regarding technical connectivity (such as Firewall port opening, Telnet, SSL) is preferred.
3. Exposure to CLARITY - project management tool is highly preferred.
4. Experience of working in fast paced, challenging environment
5. Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting.
6. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Banking / Finance/ IT
7. Project Management related certifications are an added advantage, however not mandatory.
