Analyst, Loan Portfolio Management, location Abu Dhabi

10+ years’ relevant experience in the banking and financial services sector with at least 5 years in corporate loan markets with portfolio management responsibilities including syndicated and bilateral facility documentation.

Sound understanding of corporate financials (balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statements), ability to calculate ratios and identify trends looking at the financials. Legal concepts and loan mechanics, with experience of documenting various loan transactions., understanding of LMA, APLMA, various documentation clauses for LPM, covenants , security etc.

Sound knowledge to evaluate and monitor all facility covenants including financial projections and models. Excellent analytical skills and ability to extract and interpret from large volumes of data. Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to present complex data into Charts, Power points, Spreadsheets and any other relevant office software.
