Responsibilities:


Tracking of Shelf Rent:
Periodically check and ensure timely naument payment of of shelf shelf rent rent by by every
supplier.
Vigilantly monitor and enforce rent payments at the respective
outlet.
Keep a keen eye on suppliers of fresh and bakery products.
Purchase Order Verification:
Conduct thorough LPO verification for all incoming products.
Cross-verify key details against the invoice, including Supplier
Name, Amount, and Quantity.
Weekly Update of LPO:
Regularly check and verify purchase orders against goods received.
Report any discrepancies promptly to the Inventory In Charge.
Inventory Tracking:
Daily tracking and reporting of ZERO stock and NEGATIVE stocks
Inter-Branch Sales:
Verify LPOs for branch-to-branch transfers before dispatching
goods.
