The Kuwaiti naval force recently concluded the Arabian Breeze exercise (2024) with the participation of clearing and explosive disposal divers from both the divers battalion and divers units of the French forces.

Held in the State of Kuwait from February 22 to March 7, 2024, the exercise focused on marine surveying and disinfection of marine anchorages used for filling oil tankers, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The primary objectives of the exercise were to enhance combat readiness, facilitate the exchange of experiences between the participating forces, and provide training on the latest techniques utilized in clearing sea mines and disposing of explosives.

The collaborative effort between the Kuwaiti and French forces underscores the importance of international cooperation in maritime security and readiness operations.
