WAITER/WAITRESS
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a waitress or server is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced level of English, Turkish, and Arabic speaker is a plus.
2. HOSTESS
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Polite and friendly demeanor with a professional appearance.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good computer skills for reservation management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and busy restaurant operations.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not always required., as part of a team and with other departments.
Advanced-level of English, Turkish, and Arabic speakers is a plus.
