JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Driver locates, identifies, and describes the function and operation of all vehicle controls, gauges uges and warning lights.
2. Always have a cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
3. Scheduling vehicle service appointments, be able to maintain a clean vehicle, change tires if required etc
4. A valid UAE license is a must.
5. Ensure responsible driving without engaging in any traffic violations
6. Always carry a company radio to be reachable and to ensure close communication with the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional certification or license in facilities management or engineering (e.g., CFM, P.E.)
Exposure to Project Management from planning, leading, directing and managing projects
Experience working in retail, hospitality, aviation or commercial property management
Experience: Min 5 years
4. TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in doing site works and managing budgets and expenses
Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven administrative experience
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CAFM systems
