BIDDING EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

Should have excellent knowledge of analyzing and interpreting key RFP requirements to ensure thorough understanding.
Develop accurate cost estimates for proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors by sending inquiries and managing responses.
Attend Pre-Bid Meetings to gather crucial information and insights.
Conduct site surveys to gather relevant data.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
Raise RFIs (Request for Information) to clarify uncertainties.
Deliver engaging post-bid technical presentations, including client-facing presentations.
Generate relevant reports such as benchmarking analyses, price breakdown summaries, and lessons learned reports.
Utilize advanced MS Office Suite skills and robust mathematics capabilities.
Employ smart benchmarking techniques to enhance proposal quality.
Product/Process Improvement:
Take the initiative to drive process enhancements, brainstorm innovative ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department.
Excel and other MS Office Software’s
The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.
Demonstrate reliability and the ability to take the lead when necessary.
Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Display punctuality and attention to detail in all tasks. Possess ambition and self-motivation to excel in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
Minimum 2 Year of experience working in UAE facilities management companies in a similar role.
