Sales Executive – E-commerce
Job Description
Dealing with complex sales involving multiple stakeholders
Slower sales cycles that require plenty of engagement
Processing customer LPO, making sales order, and transactions
Generating sales reports, scheduling, and coordinating logistics for all deliveries
Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, terms, and procedures
Follow-up with accounts/salesmen/merchandisers/customers for collection and related issues
Ensuring appropriate design, programming, debugging, and testing of online-based activities
Supervision of online PR and contact maintenance with bloggers
Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns
Analysis of e-commerce-related performance
Monitoring and evaluation of users’ behavior to derive suggestions for improvements
