Van Sales Executive


Department: Sales
Education: Higher secondary school certificate or above
Experience: 2-5 years' experience of FMCG Sales experience.


Mandatory Requirement:
Excellent communication skills
Manual UAE Driving License


Key Responsibilities:
Sell and distribute frozen food products to assigned customers and routes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Maintain a customer database and regularly visit clients for order taking and relationship building.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper stock rotation at the customer location.
Collect payments (cash or cheque) and ensure timely submission of daily sales collections and ensure proper documentation as per company policies.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Monitor stock levels in the van, manage returns, and prepare daily sales reports.
