???? Role Overview: Operations Executive
As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring everything from client communication to tour execution runs like clockwork. This is a multi-functional role that demands high-level coordination, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

You’ll be the central point of contact for clients, vendors, tour guides, and internal departments, orchestrating seamless itineraries and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for travelers.

????️ Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tour operations, including pick-ups, drop-offs, and transportation logistics.

Handle end-to-end client communication from inquiry to booking and post-tour feedback.

Prepare, update, and share tour itineraries and schedules with clients and internal teams.

Liaise with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and guides to ensure timely and quality services.

Ensure quality control of services delivered, handle customer concerns, and resolve issues proactively.

Maintain and update booking systems, invoices, and related operational data using Microsoft Excel and other platforms.

Assist in digital marketing tasks when needed—social media postings, promotional emailers, and more.

✅ Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates must bring a mix of industry knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills. The role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

✔️ Industry Experience
Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a must. A deep understanding of operational logistics, tour planning, and client servicing is essential. Candidates with previous exposure to Dubai’s tourism ecosystem will be highly preferred.

✔️ Communication Proficiency
Strong spoken and written English is crucial. You'll be managing communication with international clients and vendors, so clarity, tone, and fluency matter. Multilingual abilities will be considered a plus.

✔️ Coordination and Multitasking
You must be a natural organizer, capable of juggling multiple bookings, managing last-minute changes, and keeping calm under pressure. Proficiency in follow-ups, timelines, and tracking is a core requirement.

✔️ Technical & Digital Savvy
Microsoft Excel: You should be comfortable using Excel for maintaining schedules, budgets, and client databases.

Accounting Basics: A working knowledge of invoicing and payment tracking is important.

Digital Marketing (Preferred): Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and Google tools will give you an edge.
