Looking for an experienced Factory Manager to supervise
factory workers and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities
include scheduling building and equipment maintenance
as needed; monitoring the staff performance to ensure
production orders are completed in a timely manner; enforce
compliance with health and safely regulations to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Industrial Management, Logistics or related field; 10 years plant leadership in food production and manufacturing. Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools, ERP Systems and the like

PRODUCTION MANAGER (FISHING PROCESSING FACTORY)
Responsible for leading day to day operations of a processing location to drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to employees and ensures they have the proper tools to perform their job safely and efficiently

Qualification
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Operations Management. 7 10 years experience infood processing factory, operations and maintenance, engineering. understanding of mechanical equipment.
