1) Employees are entitled for annual leave of 30 calendar days if they have completed one year of service.
2) Employees are entitled to annual leave of 2 days per month, upon the completion of 6 months and less than one year of service.
3) Annual leave is paid on full salary (basic + allowances)
4) Employee may carry forward their leave to next year upon the consent of the employer and the same will be paid only on basic salary
5) Employee may break up the leaves and take it in two or more periods as per the agreement with the employer
6) On termination of employment, all accrued leaves will be calculated and paid on basic salary
