Responsibilities

To find nonconformities during site technical audits and assessments and deviations in contractual terms.
To certify contractor/supplier payments, material purchase & booking, store inventory & asset management, through a structured concurrent audit process.
To verify quantities claimed, measurement details, method of measurement, and check for duplication of works/ excess certification/reworks/ tracking of work with comparison statement if executed by more than one sub-contractor.
